Why can I not find a tag?

First, let's confirm the obvious - are you spelling it right? 

You can start by typing the first few letters of the word , and the system will give you a list of tags that match the pattern. Do not worry about case-sensitivity. 

If you still cannot find the tag, it could be that it does not exist yet. In that case, you need to add it to the system, and choose the right category for it (your categories/drop down options, may differ from the ones you see on screen).

Please note that it is possible that you do not have rights to create new tags. In some cases, only admins are authorised to create new tags, to keep the list of tags under control.
