Each of your projects contain a message board so you can communicate with the team about the artwork needed, without having to exchange a million of emails. All messages are visible and pertain to that specific project, so communication is organized and focused.
This video explains more about communicating throughout a project
In order to add a message or see existing messages, you need to navigate to your project and within it, click on the "Messages" area.
Personal messages between system users have a white background. To add a new message, click the ADD NEW MESSAGE button, type away, and click SEND. The message count will be updated, and a new message will appear.
There are also system messages. These are not communication messages, but information messages.
System messages are hidden by default under the "VIEW AUDIT TRAIL" button. If you want to see them, click on it, and system messages will appear with a light grey background. These messages show the process that a project has followed and when changes to it happened, and who performed those changes.
