It is really easy to invite colleagues to join your organisation:
- Log in to Twona AMS (https://app.twonas.com/login)
- Go to Settings -> Users --> Add a user (*)
- Fill out Name and Email of your colleague
- Assign them to one of the existing groups in your organization.
- Write a message
- Click Send Invite
Your colleague will then receive an invitation via email and he will be asked to follow a link to verify his identity and setup his password. Invitations expire after 48h and can only be used once.

(*) Depending on what Twona AMS plan you are on, you will have more or less user licenses available. If you need any more licenses, please contact your account manager, or write to us through our support (Help me!) area.
