Why can't I change the state of the request to a specific state?

This is most likely a permission problem. All workflow transitions are controlled by an access rule.

If you think you should be able to do this, contact your workflow administrator (or someone that can change the rules).


Typically, all transitions available for you are shown while clicking on the current "STATUS" bar.

These "STATUS" transitions obey to the access rules, totally customisable by admin users.
