My Status boxes have disappeared, where did they go?

You have probably collapsed an entire workflow on the "STATUS" page. 


Click on the name of the workflow (below the "REQUESTS" tab).

Then you will find them back.

If this tip does not solve the problem, try this option:

  1. The session has probably expired; simply refresh the page and login again.
  2. You may want to clear your cache memory before refreshing.
