Twona AMS has two different views for your project dashboard:
- A PANEL view, where all project stages are displayed and there is a number next to its name, indicating the number of projects currently on that stage.
- A LIST VIEW, more of a table format where the user can only see the existing projects - so stages where no projects exist at this time are not showing, and it is possible to organize the columns on the list.
Each view has its specific functionality that can help you. From organizing projects by a specific column, to being able to assign or move a project directly from the view. To switch from one to another, just click the "Panel view" or "List View" link on top of your dashboard. Make sure to use the "Reset order" link if you have made any formatting to your list view.
This video explains more about views (it also covers filtering projects, but we will detail that answer in another post).
