It is available the option to add notes to previous version and/or attached files in Twona existing requests.
This feature works on .PDF, .DOC and .PNG files.
Follow these instructions to proceed:
Add notes on a previous version
- Click on original version bar and files related would be deployed below.
- Select the file desired and the preview should be displayed in the right column, under NOTES bar.
- Once the file is showed, click on NOTES button to access a new Tab that allows you to add Notes.
- You can add a note wherever you want in the drawing area. By double clicking, a new writing box will appear to describe the annotation desired.
- Repeat these steps as many times you need to add several NOTES.
- To finish this process, remember to click on "Save" button.
Add notes on an attached document
- Click on ATTACHMENTS bar and files related would be deployed below.
- Select the file desired and the preview should be displayed in the right column, under NOTES bar.
- Once the file is showed, click on NOTES button to access a new Tab that allows you to add Notes.
- You can add a note wherever you want in the drawing area. By double clicking, a new writing box will appear to describe the annotation desired.
- Repeat these steps as many times you need to add several NOTES.
- To finish this process, remember to click on "Save" button.
Check notes are correctly added
Acceede to the annotated file and the PREVIEW will show you as many Notes as you had saved (in the right column).
Click on NOTES bar and a new Tab will be displayed, you can check all Notes by clickin on List Notes button.
