If you want to move a project to the next stage, simply click on the NEXT STAGE bar within the info area of the project in question, and select from the options provided the correct next step.
Remember that if you see multiple options it is because there would be multiple lines to/from the stage you are currently at, so that forward and backwards transitions are possible (e.g. to send an artwork back for design changes, or because there is information missing).
