From the top menu, you can access the APPROVALS dashboard. This is a dedicated screen where you only have access to approvals - you see the artwork versions with their corresponding Green, Red, Orange, Grey or Blue bubbles next to it.
As a reminder, these are what the colors identify:
- ORANGE - recipient of an approval request has not yet approved or rejected the artwork
- RED - recipient of an approval request has rejected the artwork
- GREEN - recipient of an approval request has approved the artwork
- GREY - recipient of a comments only feedback request has not yet provided comments
- BLUE - recipient of a comments only feedback request has provided comments
In the OUTSTANDING view, you will seeall the artworks for which some approvals are missing.
In the COMPLETED view, you will see all the artworks for which all approvals (or rejections) have been given.
You are able to filter within this list using natural search, and you can also combine it with filters - by tag, by recipient.
