In Twona, it is possible to request a new version of an artwork to an internal user or external party, using the current version in the system as a starting point.
In many cases, you would want to request a new design based on comments and changes that you have highlighted in the document, and the included attachment files. However, not in all cases you design team is also working within Twona. With the feature to request a new version, it is possible to send the current version with all the annotations and comments/feedback to an external party so they can create the new design.

You can now see this visually, as a new GREY bubble has been added to the current version. When the design is uploaded, the bubble will turn to PURPLE.
How do I upload a new artwork version?
If you are responsible for providing a new design, you will receive an email with a personalized access to a secured page. This page will contain the documents sent to you, including any annotations, messages, or other attachments if those were provided as part of the review process of the artwork version.
When you have the new version ready, just click the "Upload Version" link from the top of your screen.
